Level 1 - Boxing Mechanics

Boxing Mechanics is a four-part series constructed to devote more time to the novice boxer and provide in-depth training of your natural body movement to aide in constructing your boxing foundation.

TRAINING INCLUDES:

  • Boxing Stance
  • Proper Punching Technique
  • Jab-Right-Hook and Upper Cut
  • Basic Defense
  • Movement and Punches
  • Heavy Bag Rounds

Level 1 -
Boxing Mechanics

Saturdays
10:00am – 11:00am

Boxing Mechanics is a four-part series constructed to devote more time to the novice boxer and provide in-depth training of your natural body movement to aide in constructing your boxing foundation.

This class is REQUIRED before students may register for Level 2 or 3 group classes.

Level 2 -
Intermediate Boxing

Monday, Wednesday
7:30pm - 8:30pm

Saturday
11am-12:00pm

Level 2 classes are structured to help the novice boxer improve their boxing skills, punches, and to begin building boxing combinations. H.I.I.T. is incorporated between rounds to improve overall body strength.

You MUST take Boxing Mechanics to begin training with WWB.

Level 3 -
Advanced Boxing

Tuesday, Thursday
7:30pm - 8:30pm

Saturday
12:30pm-1:30pm

Level 3 consists of small groups that focus on punching techniques, offensive/defensive sparring drills, building combinations and in improving overall body strength by incorporating H.I.I.T. in between rounds. All group training sessions are women only.

You MUST take Boxing Mechanics to begin training with WWB.
